We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs will apply. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you via email. Should you wish to have your order reshipped or sent to a new address, a new shipping fee will apply.

If you decide not to proceed with the shipment, the order will be canceled, and you will receive a refund for the cost of the goods. Please note that taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.
