  • Don’t worry—once you place your order, we work diligently to process and package your items for shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, please note that processing times may be extended. Rest assured, we take great care in packaging to ensure your products arrive safely.

    For added peace of mind, we offer item insurance to protect your purchase during transit. If you’d like to add insurance to your order, please select this option at checkout.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. These costs may vary depending on the destination country.

  • Order cancelations

    To request an order cancellation, please fill out a contact form with your name and order number here. Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, we do not accept cancelations.

    Your cancellation rights

    As you are a consumer you may cancel your order within 30 days from delivery and obtain a refund. Note that it is not possible to return items purchased online to any of our stores. If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as an airport or department store, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the return/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.

    We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are not, below are the steps to return a product.

    Step 1

    Simply fill in our contact form through the Help section with your order number.

    Note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return goods does not apply to goods made to your specification, or which ave been clearly personalized, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

    For the return of goods, items should be returned unused, with all tags attached and with all Reminisse packaging (including any dust bags and plastic packaging).

    Step 2

    You will then be contacted by a member of our team. You will receive a prepaid return label which you can use at a drop-off location.

    Step 3

    Package your return item in Reminisse packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

    Step 4

    All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you via telephone or e-mail that a reduced refund amount will be available, or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

    Step 5

    Once we have processed your returns, our customer service will contact you by e-mail. Your payment for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option that was chosen) will be refunded by Reminisse as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods (provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation)

  • Please note that Reminisse is responsible for your package only up until it is picked up by the mail carrier. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over the shipping timeline or delivery process. It is the customer’s responsibility to track and locate their package or to contact the carrier, such as Yamato Transport, to submit a claim.

    We are unable to track untracked mail and are not responsible for lost orders. For added peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting shipping with item insurance at checkout to protect your purchase during transit.

  • The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at checkout. If your order has not been shipped yet, you may request a change in shipping address. To request an address change, please fill out a contact form with your name and order number here. Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it. If there is any incomplete address, we will contact you as soon as possible. We have a timeframe of 5 business days to provide the correct shipping information. If we have not received an answer within 5 days, your order will be canceled.
